Good Friday Cross Walk

Dan Long is a humble Boise plumber with a deep love for Jesus and an even deeper love for his community. He felt called to share the story of Good Friday in a tangible, meaningful way—without pressure, judgment, or forcing the Gospel on anyone. His hope was to create a space where people of all faiths, or no faith at all, could come together to reflect on what truly happened that first Good Friday. A place where questions are welcome, where curiosity is honored, and where even small children can feel free to ask their parents about Jesus and the meaning of the Cross.

Boise Train Depot

April 3th - 9:00 am

The Boise Train Depot stands as a place of journeys—where people have arrived, departed, and carried hopes, burdens, and stories with them. During the Cross Walk, it becomes a powerful reminder of the greatest journey of all: Jesus’ walk to Calvary. As we walk together, we reflect on Christ carrying the Cross for love of the world, meeting us in our own struggles, questions, and paths. This is a moment to pause, remember, and encounter Jesus—open to all, no matter where you are on your journey.

Table Rock

Arrival Time 12:00 pm

Rising above the Boise foothills, Table Rock offers sweeping views of the Treasure Valley that naturally invite reflection and contemplation. For generations, people have climbed this historic landmark not only for its beauty, but to pause, look outward, and consider deeper questions about life, purpose, and faith. Standing at the summit, the noise of the city fades, creating space for prayer, silence, and gratitude—much like moments throughout history when people sought higher ground to encounter God. Table Rock’s quiet presence and panoramic horizon make it a powerful place to reflect on where we’ve been, where we’re going, and what truly matters.
